All items ordered and paid for will ship within 1 business day unless otherwise noted in the product description. Orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive for standard shipping.
International orders may take 7-14 business days to arrive; payment of duties and taxes may be required. We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.
Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $50, before tax and after discount. To offer a better shipping experience to our customers, most orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Illinois.
International orders placed are typically processed in 1-2 business days.
Once shipped, international orders can take up to four weeks to arrive since all orders must pass through customs and this time frame is completely at the discretion of the shipping providers. Once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider, Herbivore Botanicals is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur.
Due to customs regulations and restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Czech Republic, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Turkey.
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We review each return with detail and care.
We offer complimentary returns within 30 days of purchase. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging (if possible) and follow the steps in the Herbivore return portal. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment.
The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. We are unable to accept returns of partial sets or bundles.
Once the return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed.
Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier. Herbivore does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen. Purchases made through unauthorized Herbivore retailers do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Once a returned package is received at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Funds typically take between 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.
